Great location. Great view of sunrise and sunset. Boardwalk was nice. Kitchen needed better cleaning and organization. Silverfish were in drawers and in one bed.Too many uncomfortable bunk beds for adults had to sleep on some of them

Wonderful Thanksgiving getaway

Can't wait to stay again !
We booked this property for a family vacation. We were very happy with the property, the furniture, location and well, everything. This was our first time using VRBO and I would do it again. We called about a few things that had been a concern. A handyman came with in a few hours and took care of all our concerns. We also saw that the blender was broken, a brand new one was delivered to the house the next day. We recommend this group for your next trip! Thank you Kevin, Kim and the Gulf2Beach crew!

Wonderful family vacation
We had a wonderful week. We were fortunate that the entire week was sunny. The beach was clean and not crowded. We got our chairs on the beach early to claim a spot directly in front of the house. The kids went parasailing and we rented a paddle board. Lots of toys and even an umbrella. Guests leave stuff so there is enough to do. Lots of games too. The only concern is that the housekeeper was still cleaning at 4pm. They didn’t vacuum. We had a crawling baby in our party so we immediately vacuumed. We will be back. Happy family vacation and worth it!

Great Location
This house is in a great location. We have stayed in this area many times. We loved the patio and beds slept really good. The only thing I can complain about is the pots and pans need to be improved. No large skillet and what is there is crap. When a large family books this house, I'm sure they want to cook and grill like we did. There is alot of plates, bowls, and everything else. Just crappy skillets and pans.

Such a great stay!
This home is beautiful. Loved how close it was to the beach and to town for groceries etc. The rooms were beautiful and had comfortable beds! So nice to have laundry options on both floors. Our tribe of 14 ages 15 and up had a great time here. Couple things I’d love to see added to make this home even better. An updated smart TV so Netflix etc is an option. New and bigger pots and pans to use in the kitchen along with sharper knives. We cooked a lot in house and had to modify how we cooked a bit. Could use better lighting in a couple of the bedrooms too. These are all very minor things and wouldn’t keep us from coming back. Overall, we loved the house!

Wonderful Stay
So many things to compliment on this property. The views were amazing from both decks. We saw dolphins at least once a day. Very quiet private beach with several things for the kids to play with. Loved the two dishwashers, washer/dryers on each floor and the ice machine. We enjoyed all the bedrooms and baths. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Plenty of parking at the property which was great since we had 5 cars with people coming from every direction. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great place!
Finntastic house was very comfortable and fit our family of 15 nicely. It was decorated very pretty and I especially liked how the kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving meal. It was great being right on the beach even though the weather was chilly.

Great Gulf getaway!!
The property was very inviting and peaceful! Everyone seemed to enjoy easy access to the beach. The only problem was with the 4 single twin beds, that was listed on the site were actually bunk beds instead.

Annual Family Beach Vacation
This vacation was planned almost a year ago and there would be 13 of us gathering together as usual. Three days before we were scheduled to arrive at the beach, my husband suddenly, unexpectedly died from a cardiac event. We made arrangements and kept our plans so the kids, grandkids and I could gather at the beach, breathe the salt air, and begin to heal. Finntastic was a beautiful retreat to help us through the most terrible time in our lives. Kevin responded to our messages promptly, and when a couple of issues were reported to property management, they were quickly, smoothly resolved. Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Perfect Vacation Home
We had a wonderful week at your vacation home. The location is perfect. A beautiful stretch of beach and close enough that it is not a chore to run into town. We had a few 1st day glitches with the refrigerator and a clogged sink but it was quickly fixed within hours. The only complaint that was expressed was the bedroom situation. One of the bedrooms had only a full size mattress which was difficult for a couple coming from a king size bed. Also, another suggestions I received was to pair the queen bedrooms with the attached bathrooms and then switch the bunk beds to the other rooms which do not have an attached bath. Other than that, I look forward to coming back next year.

There are 21 of us, of all ages. This was, by far, the best accommodations that we have found in the 18+ years we have been taking our family. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all great, and the porches were perfect!!! Also, the locations was wonderful!! Highly, highly recommend!!

Fun friend and family vacation
We had a great time at Finntastic! The size of the house was wonderful for our party of 14 with lots of room to move around, ample sleeping and bathroom accommodations and dining. The two levels of decks were great for watching the waves and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back. The location was perfect and we never had to fight for a spot on the beach with an easy walk from the private walkover. Areas that could be improved: wash for sand on the deck was not working, provide more/better toilet paper and paper towels for guests that are there for a week.

Wow what a place!
We stayed at the house which is located right on the beach. Fantastic views and clean spacious house. There was only four of us but we loved having all the space. I will stay there again. Loved everything about the house including the communication with the host during the check in process.
