Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (mid-March through October) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Quick getaway
We reserved this condo last minute and the management company was wonderful!! We arrived early and we were granted entrance without any additional fees which was a huge plus as we had a 2 year old and we were concerned how to entertain for several hours. I highly recommend Bender Vacation Rentals!!

Renting at the Sandpiper threw Bender was a very easy process n what a wonderful place to stay. Everything provided n extremely clean! I plan on going threw Bender again n staying at the same place next vacation!
