You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

3. Two Dogs up to 25lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal; pre-registration is required

Family Thanksgiving gathering
Perfect location for a multitude generation family gathering. Everything thing was convenient near by from food to outdoors activities. Plenty of bedrooms. Having a private heated pool in the evening made it even nicer.

Accurately named Pipe Dream.
Check-in got delayed 2.5 hrs b/c they forgot to schedule the cleaners. The place is much smaller than the pictures suggest, including the pool. The buildings sway whenever someone walks around. There is a leak in on of the upstairs bathrooms which pours down right into the living room ceiling fan. Only compensation we got for our troubles was they waved a pool heating fee got waved..... it was in June btw. Definitely won't be returning.

Nice property
Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had both sides of the duplex. It was a little cool so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked to. No fault of the property owners. The living area is a small so if you have a big family it’s hard to sit around and congregate. If you go when it’s warmer that shouldn’t be a problem, you can sit out on the balcony and around the pool area. The rooms were clean and comfy. Overall we enjoy our stay and would stay again when it’s a tad bit warmer.
