The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (mid-March through October) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Problems with unit

Black mold on bathroom ceiling. Carpet tack strips in back bedroom heading into bath sticking thru carpet and cut our feet. Quality of beds was not good and they were noisy to even roll over. Noisy ass people above 11A made noise 24/7. Sounded like they were holding an aerobics class or something.
