Side Note: There is a Baby Crib in the house in case you have a New born.

Here is a list of the best beaches you need to see while you are here:

Clearwater Beach: On Florida's western coast, you'll find beautiful Clearwater Beach.

Treasured by locals and visitors alike, it's famous for its soft sand, blue waters, and beautiful views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. Join in on a game of beach volleyball or try out parasailing and enjoy a bird's eye view of the beach. The shallow, warm waters, pristine beaches, and picturesque sunsets make it a popular spot for families and photographers alike.

Siesta Key Beach: Just a short hour's drive from Tampa, you'll find Siesta Key, an eight-mile barrier island. Once you arrive, you'll find Siesta Beach, a revamped public beach surrounded by a 40-acre park. The beach is famous for its white quartz sand, which stays cool despite the hot Florida sun and squeaks under your feet as you walk across it. You'll find walking trails, lifeguards on duty, food and drink concessions, a playground, picnic shelters, and drum circle events on the weekends.

Cocoa Beach: Surfers love the calm, consistent waves at Cocoa Beach, which sits on Florida's Atlantic coast. The shallow water depths allow you to wade out past the breakers, so it's an excellent place for aspiring surfers as well. Although the area is immersed in surfer culture, you'll also find excellent parasailing, stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals, and kitesurfing. Take a stroll along the 800-foot boardwalk that stretches out over the Atlantic Ocean and witness one of the most beautiful sunsets in all of Florida.

Fort De Soto Beach: Nestled along Florida's west coast, in the 1100-acre Fort De Soto Park near Tampa is Fort De Soto Beach. Locals love this 6-mile, family-friendly, dog-friendly beach, which may be why travel experts recognized it twice as one of the state's best beaches. The majestic views, clean white sands, and hiking trails make it a great spot for a fun weekend camping adventure or a short-day trip. Go fishing off the pier, rent a kayak, and explore the beautiful shoreline or rollerblade along the paved trails.

New Smyrna Beach: New Smyrna is more than a beach - it's a true tropical paradise. With 17 miles of white sandy shoreline, there's ample space to spread out, soak in the rays, and catch some waves. Swimming, wind sailing, and kiteboarding are all popular, and with some of the best wave breaks on the east coast, surfers will be in heaven. Offshore, a thriving arts and culture scene features everything from art festivals to painting and pottery workshops.

Pet fees do apply: They are $20 per pet, per stay and maximum number of pets are two. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing pets.

Florida Vacation !
We drove down from upstate NY, ended up in a little car accident which delayed us from getting to the house earlier than expected. However the house was beautiful, the location was great and the home gave us a peaceful vibe that we were looking for for our Florida vacation.

Wouldn't recommend
As soon as we arrived and pulled in we knew from the outside state of the home that it was going to be rough. The house was filthy, the floors were sticking to our feet, the towels had stains and hair on them, the carpets are in terrible shape and the bathrooms were full of mold and dead bugs in the tub. The bedding felt gross to the point it was uncomfortable to sleep because everything felt so grimy and dirty. We had to wash any dishes before using since almost everything we took out a cabinet was dirty. The highchair provided still had food all in the seat of it as well. It was a complete disappointment and wish we would of spent our money towards a more clean and safe environment for our children during our vacation.

Great Stay
Everything was wonderful and comfortable and home like. We loved the quiet area. The only thing that was missing was a spatula in the kitchen for flipping the pancakes we made.

Nice house, could have been a bit cleaner
The place is as pictured, plenty of room for us (me, husband, dog) and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is a bit far from things (11 miles to grocery store, etc.) The carpet could have used a good steam cleaning and a better vacuuming job. I found long black hair on the floor near the bathroom sink when we first arrived. We found a vacuum in the garage, but it was so clogged up, it would not pick up anything. My husband and I spent about 15 minutes unclogging it so we could vacuum up some of our dog's hair during our 10 day stay. We started hearing a chirp from the smoke detector about halfway through our stay, so I emailed our contact, but we never got a response from her. Ultimately, we were happy with our stay, but I'd recommend a new vacuum and to steam clean the bedroom carpets more often.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Greeted by wasps and the smell of an ash tray…
Cons: Ducking to avoid wasps by the door. Smelled like an ash tray as soon as I walked in. Window curtains leave much to be desired as far as privacy. Dingy carpets in the rooms. Looks like they’ve never been shampooed. Only 2 rooms, Master and Children’s room. A water bottle and a pair of socks underneath the master bedroom bed. Dirty couches in the master bedroom. Distance to Legoland, the reason for our stay, was 30 minutes away, though stated it was only 15. No hot water for washing clothes. Non-functioning coffee machine. Lacks out door lighting for nighttime arrival. Pros: Quiet location Cold A/C

Nice, Quiet home
The home was exactly as it was listed. The space was big and comfortable. The only issue was the back porch door was locked so we couldn't use it to go in and out. The garage door also didn't open. There was everything you may have needed. We did have to search for the towels but they were cleaned and in the dryer.
