Everything on Fufu Hakone was excellent except the spa and massage. I booked the recommended spa & massage package of 120 minutes costing 20,000 Yen, but was only given the service of 75 minutes including changing time, bathing and sand spa which lasted 25 minutes, the massage was only 50 minutes. I felt I was being short changed after the session and raised question to the massage lady without any acceptable answer.

送迎や食事時間などを配慮していただき、とても良い時間を過せました。 食事はどれも美味しく大変満足いたしました。 2つほど改善して欲しい事があります。 ☆足袋とサンダルの相性が悪いのか滑りやすく年配者ですと転びそうでした。 ☆トイレにタオル掛けがあると良いと思います。 ご検討よろしくお願いします。
