The hotel never disappoints. The staff are amazing. We have stayed at the hotel numerous times and it is always top notch. One of the best included breakfasts of any hotel we have stayed at.

Ladies washroom off lobby hand soap and paper towel dispenser not working. Nothing else provided. Reported and they seemed to be aware of yet, but no action taken. Need to update room cards. Everyday I had to reprogram at least one or both cards, sometimes even 2x a day. Even when carrying in a separate pocket nowhere near anything magnetic. Very inconvenient, having to keep going back down to the lobby.

We loved the friendly service from Maria at Check-in and the fantastic breakfast and service from Charmaine. While the room was very nice this visit it wasn’t as large and spacious as the last stay. We really enjoyed this visit as well as the last one. Looking forward to another visit at this great hotel.
