My stay was 13 days long. The customer service was subpar. The room smelled like foreign spices. The mattress cover and duvet had large discolourations/stains from god knows where (I’d rather not know). The mattress is a spring mattress that you can feel the springs through. Not to mention the dried up boogers found along my nightstand table. When mentioning it to the front desk, I was interrogated as though I was the one having made the stains and boogers. Very disappointed in this stay. The Hilton standard has drastically dropped.

Our bed frame was broken upon arrival and front desk did nothing when informed, the bathroom was very tired and not cleaned well, it indicated as a stocked suite and there was about 2 forks, 1 spoon, a pot and a plate and bowl. The pool was dirty, clumps of hair on the side. The staff were lovely and the breakfast is great. Wouldn’t stay again.

Indoor parking is a tad limited, due to sharing the garage with Hampton Inn Suites. Parking and navigation in the garage is very narrow/tight.
