The hotel is conveniently located but there is construction of a new interchange directly in front of the hotel. The carpeting and furniture are in serious need of updating. Wouldn't stay here again.

The bar staff were incredible. Half of the front desk staff were helpful. It was hit or miss which was frustrating and unreliable. There was no warning about the immense construction so I was woken up at 8am to drilling and had a migraine mid-afternoon and couldn’t nap because of banging in the room next door. I would have paid more elsewhere for quiet.

Hotel Halifax is a convenient location and a good all around option. There was a construction happening on the street adjacent to the Hotel this time that makes access a bit of a hassle but this is temporary.
