Fabulous bathroom. Food in the bar was excellent and the free coffee in the mornings there was a bonus. Only thing I was not aware of at the time of booking was the loud music playing under the room from the disco in the bar in the evening.

Moxy is a really unique hotel! I enjoyed its quirks and eccentricities, they were a nice change from your typical hotel! The hotel is in a super walkable, convenient area to downtown Halifax.

Looks cool but you won’t get much sleep
This is a cool hotel with a unique aesthetics . The staff was great. The room is industrial minimalist which is cool but not super functional. No dressers or nightstand so nowhere lay your phone or put your stuff. Everything goes on the floor. Where the experience really lets you down is the most uncomfortable bed imaginable. A hard futon mattress with a quilted topper. Awful.

The hotel was very nice looking and the staff were amazing but during our stay I could hear everything going on in the other rooms around me, the parking garage was terrible and very very hard to park, the parking garage ticket station never worked and caused us to have to constantly bother the staff, the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe, the curtains didn't really work and were very see through

the property was great - the only issue that I had, and its a me thing- is the conference I was in town for for was at the harbourfront mariott so walking there and back was a bit of a challenge for me due to construction and mobility navigating the hills - the property was awesome though!

Love the vibes and the interior decor. The DJ in the evenings was epic too. Especially love the hanging and spinning chair in the lobby. Definitely will be staying here again. Glad that there is 24/7 front desk service to let me in at 3 am after I lose my key card at the bar lol.

The hotel was cute and trendy looking. The staff helpful and nice. I was surprised to have to pay $56 for parking for two days, somehow that wasnt mentioned by Expedia.
