The location was good. Didnt like that there was no housekeeping offered during our stay. We had to request towels, coffee, creamer/sugar and have our garbage empty. With the Delta reputation, this was VERY POOR service.

The location can't be beat. It's walking distance to restaurants and museums. The ferry to Dartmouth is also close. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little dated but clean.

I was not aware we had to park blocks away. Myself with a broken rib having to carry tons of bags as it was my Brother’s wedding weekend. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to go searching for clean towels. The hotel room attendant could not speak a bit of English and could not understand what I was asking for. The hotel called a cab for us and the driver was the absolute rudest driver I have ever met. We Asked to be taken to YukYuk’s comedy club a well known attraction in Halifax. He argued with us and said there was no such place, kept driving around to run up his meter speaking in his language loudly! It made my husband and myself very uncomfortable to say the least!
