The bed was very hard and no god chairs anywhere. No where to “hang out” and the restaurant was only open for breakfast. No possibility to get a cup of coffee, this is not a 4 star hotel. God location and thats it.

Good location, but noisy and warm
This hotel was in a good spot near the train station and was handy for getting around. When we arrived it was 32 degrees heat and there was no air conditioning in this hotel, we weren't supposed to open the windows due to works ongoing outside which resulted in the room feeling a bit like a sauna. When we gave in and finally did open the windows it was hard to sleep due to the noise. On our last morning our key cards stopped working and it took 4 attempts to get us back into our room to collect our bags and passports to go home. The bathroom was clean, the room was clean and the staff were nice and friendly.

we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its cleanliness. room size was perfect. very spacious and the bathroom was brand new. the hotel's location was super good. close to everything. the shopping mall was just around the corner. we arrived by car and we used the hotel's underground car park. it cost 25 euros for a day. if we come to hamburg in the future, we will 100% choose you again. thanks

Less than two blocks from Hamburg Central. Very convenient if arriving or leaving by train or bus and just staying the night or seeing the main attractions in central Hamburg (all of which are a quick 15-20 min walk). Clean, comfortable, quiet. Basic amenities but no frills so maybe not the best for longer stays. WiFi works very well: suggest don’t get the breakfast option. Multiple better, and cheaper, breakfast options within a few blocks in every direction .

If I had known about the very loud restoration noise on the building (I don't care about the time of day), I never would have booked this hotel. The rate I paid is comparable to the rates of other hotels in the area - potential guests should be notified of this noise or given a significant discount. This noise is unacceptable.
