Lieber Markus, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für ein Feedback zu unserem Hotel genommen haben.Es freut uns zu hören, dass Sie die ruhige Lage unseres Hotels sowie die Nähe zur S- und U-Bahnstation schätzen und unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet genießen konnten.Wir bedauern jedoch zu hören, dass Ihr Zimmer nicht die gewünschte Wärme bot und dass die Verfügbarkeit von Wasser auf dem Zimmer sowie die Toilettenartikel nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprachen. Wir möchten Ihnen versichern, dass unser Ziel stets darin besteht, unseren Gästen eine komfortable Umgebung zu bieten. Bezüglich der Raumtemperatur möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass unsere Gäste die Möglichkeit haben, die Temperatur nach ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Dear Maura, Thank you for your review of your stay at our hotel on Expedia. The fire alarm was triggered due to a guest lighting a sparkler in the guest room. We are glad that it was only a false alarm and no persons were harmed.
