Zur Verfügung steht ein Wohn- Essbereich mit einem separaten Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss des Privathauses.
Ca. 20 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum.
Nächstgelegene Haltestelle ist U2 Merkenstraße in 5 Minuten / ca. 350m entfernt.

Die Unterkunft ist ca. 35qm und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einer Küchenzeile, Essecke und einem separaten Badezimmer mit einer Dusche.
Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses.
Bei deiner Aufenthalt teilen wir uns den Eingangsbereich. Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie mit einer Katze und wohnen eine Etage höher.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht auch eine Terrasse mit einer Lounge zur Verfügung.


Zusätzlich zu den beschriebenen Räumen hast Du Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Sie stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung

Da wir im selben Haus wohnen, stehen wir jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Wir haben eine Katze. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber es bedeutet, dass die Unterkunft nichts für Leute ist, die allergisch sind.
