Adorable studio style unit - Self check in

The space
Basement unit to my home. Separate entrance with access from the rear of the property. It's a studio style unit, so it's all open concept, bathroom is enclosed in its own room of course! Access to a full kitchen with a luring coffee machine, TV with channels and a cute dining space!
Guest access
Guest access is at the rear of the home. Please walk down the drive around the back patio to the steps leading down to the door!
Other things to note
Please park on the street, there is ample of parking and it is not permit or ticketed.
Please note that the outdoor bbq/pizza oven is not to be used by guests, all though tempting!
Also, note that we do live upstairs, walls and ceilings are insulated but you may hear Mur mur's just to set realistic expectations!
If you feel temperature is needing adjustments, we have heaters but can also adjust the temperature remotely to your comfort!
