The hosts at BK's Premier Hamilton are incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again when next staying over in Hamilton. Spacious, clean, fresh and even has a small functional gym. Really convenient to all of the Hamilton attractions.

Wet Carpets and foul odors.
Room had a blend of odors. Walked into the room to the smell of mildew mixed with a bizarre smell coming from the air conditioner. Then realized there was a puddle of liquid in the carpet when i walked over to get in bed that was so sopped into the carpet it made my sock fully wet. Since check in closes at 7pm, no one is there to do anything about it after that time. Alerted the staff upon checkout for them to just say “Oh Sorry”. No offer to make up for it or refund offered.

Great location.
Really large room with king size bed and 2 recliner chairs and 2 kitchen chairs. Massive TV-pity only local NZ channels available. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom with all amenities, kitchenette is adequate -(hot plate, no oven), quiet at night and good night blockout curtains. Location great for our needs- near gardens and south to the caves and west to Tauranga. Need a car. Hosts very helpful. Self laundry available.

Chose this hotel because of the ratings/reviews - they were all correct. Owners were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Only negative was that we could hear the noise from outside but other than that it was very good. Enjoyed our stay.
