First impressions s you arrive the hotel looks rundown but once inside the lobby, the restaurant and the Gretzky wing it's very nice! So it could use some sprucing up in the parking areas and front outside entrance. Other than that the family suite is awesome (you could use more), the pool area is good and having the nice playground in the grassy area is a bonus when travelling with children. The staff were very helpful and caring; terrific!

A very nice stay
Hotel was very nice, the only issues we had is the fridge had a bit of a smell and the pool was cold, could use a bump in the temp.

Parts of the property were well maintained and nice. Sadly our room was not in one of these areas. Our room was not very clean, we could hear our neighbours every word, our sliding door to the outside did not lock, our room smelt like cigarette smoke and not tv did not work. The pool and hot tub area was unbearable due to fumes of chemicals and chlorine and there were no pool Towels.
