We chose a hotel for a quick pre-flight night, and the Comfort Inn did not disappoint. With a ground-floor room we were able to back right in and be near the room's thick, noise buffering sliding doors - super easy for in and out. But most notable was lovely Lindsay at the front desk. Friendly, helpful and accommodating (pardon the pun), she made our stay just perfect. Great price and value.

Quaint & comfortable
This place was perfect for us. The location was ideal. The room was comfortable along with the amenities. Breakfast option was great. The front desk staff were great. Our request for a ground floor room was accommodated without issue. Some will say it is a little dated, but I'd describe it as well loved. This property seems popular with out of town trades people. We would galdly stay at this property again.

Five stars, yes, but really overpriced. Highway robbery. I wont be staying at any hotels in this area of Canada again.. they take advantage of weary travelers who are not vacationing and blowing money… to stay in Burlington?

Room key didn’t work and instead of getting new keys the front desk staff said we would just have to have them let us in our room everytime we left. Didn’t offer room cleaning, instead had to ask. One small trash can and 3 drinking cups provided. One regular size pillow and a small pillow offered. charged $394 for two nights for mediocre stay. Will not return.

Property was okay for the money. Very surprised that there was no elevator. No pool. Tv broke but was replaced very quickly. I would probably look for a different hotel next time.

Our room had very obvious water damage through the walls. The paint was rippling it took away from the quality of the rest of the room. The amount ppl pay daily to stay, that could be easily fixed before allowing new guests to stay. Just looks like cheap owners. its not like we got a deal. BUT the location did the trick for what we needed that night
