Very low quality standards
The bathroom sink faucet was broken, there was a build up of black mold beneath the counter where the sink meets, and AC was very old and extremely noisy. Also the door knob to enter the room was broken.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room was nice, the bed was quite comfortable, it was quiet, and the staff was very friendly 🙂 I absolutely loved the rose bushes on the property.

Basic lodgings, adequate for one night
This property has a great location, and it is very pretty, with lots of plantings and flowers. Makes it very inviting. I wish I could be more positive about the room, since it looks so nice from the outside. The room was basic in every sense of the word, when it could be much nicer. The fridge was nice and cold, which helped the fact that the motel does not offer ice to guests. The bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet for being on a main road. Sadly the bathroom has no room to put anything, and badly needs updating. The main reception person was helpful but it’s like breaking into Fort Knox. Not very welcoming. I’m sure there’s reasons for it, but it was off-putting as a first impression.

I did not check in or stay here and was still charged regardless of the fact that the Haven Inn cancelled three other reservations on the morning of our stay. No communication and poor management response. I do not recommend this place.

Cheap No Frills
This place is not for everyone- if you have no expectations, don't mind the bare minimum and want to save money...this still might not be for you. If you ignore the sketchy clientele, who were all very nice in passing, the outdated "furnishings", don't expect anything other than a roof over your head, you'll be ok. Staff were nice. The bed was a mattress(no box spring) on a home made wooden slat frame, sunken in the middle, was surprisingly comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower, good internet, no bed bugs, ok level of cleanliness, quiet. My door had broken wood around the lock and looked like it was recently kicked in, but the deadbolt locked, I was ok with it. I stayed there 3 days, was not in the room much, it was fine for what I needed. There are gas stations and food places near by, nothing on site. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed. I gave it 3 stars because I was actually expecting it to be worse. Ok for seasoned travelers. I'd suggest asking to look at a room before paying if you're not sure or don't feel safe, no refunds.
