Property is nice, however town is extremely limited for food options. I did enjoy my dinner at the Indian restaurant however, my picky daughter was less enthusiastic. We should have gotten McDonald’s!

A 100 year plus building that seems to with stAnd the test of time. huge, warm wonderful atmosphere and Im so glad I found this place. The picture on google does not do it justice!

Great for stopping over on a trip out of Auckland. Little things of the old hospital still there which make it interesting. Quite cold when we got there & heating wasn’t on . Overall good overnight stay, just wouldn’t stay longer

The property was clean. I rated 5 stats for the cleanliness and comfort of the bed. The hotel is painfully dated. However, the service was great. Manor View surpassed my expectation!!

I had a late check in . The gentleman showed me around politely. Place has no breakfast. Room is ok , shower basic with plastic amenities. Bed had an electric warmer . Everything looked a bit cheap - carpeting , poster of the tropics on the wall , bathroom sink with 2 separate focets. Definitely not a 4* place . Basic 3*
