Very clean ,Great hot or cold breakfast and drinks and snacks, Good Coffee and Organic Geen Tea ,Also have Lipton Tea at Coffee Station, Great water pressure for showering or tub bath, pet friendly, Non smoking in rooms,Very Large pool that closes at 10pm, Nice gym to work out in , Tv,small fridge, and microwave in your room ,nice Tv multiple channels ,Adjustable A/C and heating, Very friendly & helpful staff ! Had fun ,slept good ,Smells fresh,No carpet on floors great ! Negative thing No free def caf Coffee or Tea at the station !

My husband and I checked in late on Friday it was pretty close time to go to bed. As we were preparing to go to sleep an eighteen wheeler parked outside by our room. The truck was running and it was extremely loud. We were moved to another room. The room had roaches and smelled like mold. We had to leave and go to another hotel. We called management the next day and he refused to give us a refund. He charged us for the room on Saturday and we weren’t even there! MANAGER was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience. We will never go back nor refer anyone there. The light fixtures were broken as well. There also seemed like a lot of riff raff (if you know what I mean).

First room had shower and sink draining issues and air didn’t work. Switched rooms and had same drainage issues. Stayed only bc we got in at 3:30am and was too tired to find another room. Room looked like it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s. I booked for 3 nights initially thru Expedia and asked to cancel the next 2 nights with a refund or credit towards another property bc of issues. Expedia rep called hotel and they denied all allegations. Even said they didn’t put us in another room. Outdated, dirty and shitty management.

The property is convenient to shopping and dining. I disliked when I checked in the staff gave me a room that had mattresses and rails in front of the door. It was like they didn't care about the guest safety. I had a reservation, so its not like they didn't know I was arriving. The property isn't clean like before. I stayed here years ago. The property management has changed and the property has gone done. I want stay here again.

Warning

I paid extra to have a 1st floor room. Was given a 2nd floor room. The front desk guy said he would refund that portion, so cool. Got to the room and it reeked of cigarettes and sewage. There were dirty paw prints on one bed (in a pet free hotel). There were curly black hairs (use your imagination here) the other bed. Every single drawer had a dead bug infestation. Like MULTIPLE dead bugs. The bathtub had living and dead bugs in it. It was disgusting.

1. We were put in a room used for guests with pets. I had no pets and asked to be put in a different room, but was refused. My son and I spent the night sneezing our heads off. 2. Our room was at the very end of the hall, right next to an entry/exit door that started slamming at 5am. 3. Around 2am, I needed to purchase some items from the market and the receptionist was no where to be found. I waited for 5 to 10 minutes and no one showed up. 4. The smell of the lobby was overbearing, like they are trying to cover up the smell of something else.

This is your average motel. The beds were not amazing but did the trick, the bedding was thin but they had extra blankets, the amenities were small/unimpressive but were available without issue, etc. It is what you would expect for a normal motel. Service was very friendly though not the most accommodating, ex: had to fetch things from the front desk versus them bringing them to the room, had to ask for the breakfast bar to be refilled. No big issues.

The key card for the room kept deactivating even though it was not kept by phone, keys, debit cards, etc like front desk attendant kept insisting is the reason one of the two was always deactivating itself.

Worst bed I ever slept in! Got zero sleep after driving all day. So tired and sore from lhaving mattress springs poking me all over. Room stunk of heavy smoking literally made me eyes turn red and itchy.And I smoke. Sink had 12" chunk glued back in . Worst Best Western I ever stayed!

First room they gave us reeked of weed and mold. Switched rooms to just a moldy smelling room. Bathroom ceiling and wall had black moldy spots. Toilet would it flush properly and wouldn’t fill for a long time after flushing. Lifted lid to see issue, black mold all around top of toilet tank.

We had several rooms. The first would not open. The second had a dirty floor and 2 guests next door who were playing loud music with the door open. The third room had a dirty bathtub with a pubic hair in it. The air conditioning in 2 rooms we did get into was very humid. Staff was helpful in switching rooms, but as storm refugees we were too exhausted and just settled on third room. Breakfast had good sausage. But rooms were horrible for $125 per night.
