Great near beach
Everything was pretty good, exceptional communication with property manager. They need to replace the Shower head due to excesive calcification. They need to provide more house instructions in a folder type on the table such as what day the trash bin is set on the curb, what are the fridge operating instructions and how to set the thermostat. Other than those issues it was great.

Open, Bright, Clean, and Cool!
We loved this property for our 6 day stay for a little vacation to go to a family wedding. It was fresh and clean smelling and only a few noticeable dog hairs on the furniture and rug which is to be expected in a dog friendly rental. We loved the front porch for relaxing on while the baby napped and the hot tub worked flawlessly was easy to operate. Could have used a few more stools at the counter but we weren’t all together for many meals anyway. Washer and dryer worked perfectly! I would suggest letting guests know ahead of time when maintenance people are coming to property as we had two show up on separate days for pest and hot tub maintenance but since we weren’t aware of them coming it was a little uncomfortable being in a new area not knowing if they were legit or not. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and we loved the kitchen and appliances and the water pressure was phenomenal. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to check this one out and would refer it to friends and family! Thanks so much! Also for whoever comes definitely go to Celtic creamery, diver surf city cafe, and daddy Mac’s beach grill. all wonderful establishments!

Nice place to stay
Nice home with good parking. Neighborhood was quiet. Short drive to beach and food. Bikes, surf boards, and a kayak were available for renters. Good communication from renters. Will be recommending this to friends and family for their future trips to Surf City!

Beautiful home, lacks kitchen supplies
This was a beautiful home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It’s close to the ocean, pier, and sound. There’s shopping, ice cream, candy, and coffee shops, restaurants, mini golf, the turtle sanctuary, and all kinds of outdoor activities. All within a few minutes. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus! There were bikes, a fire pit, and nice outdoor furniture. The only thing we came across was there is not much in the way of kitchen and cooking items. There’s basic pots and pans but no baking sheets or casserole dishes. There was no colander/strainer, measuring cups/spoons, no pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, or can opener. There’s basic dishes and utensils but nothing more. This wasn’t a big deal for us, as we only stayed 3 days but I can see where this would be an issue if you were staying longer or liked to cook. All in all, it’s a very nice place.
