Very nice place. All the amenities. Pool and firepit were nice. Got a series of texts making sure we were having a good stay. Room was a bit small. But manageable.

Gem of North Hampton Beach!
This hotel was perfect for us! We loved that it was not in the center of Hampton beach but still had access to the north beach across the street. Amazing views. We loved our balcony and hearing the sound of the ocean from our room! The whole hotel has been renovated/updated! Very nice modern decor and room was very clean! Staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again!

Séjour parfait, chambres grandes et confortables cuisine pleinement équipée. Seul bémol; les rideaux aux fenêtres ne sont pas obstruants préparez vous à vous faire réveiller tôt par le soleil. L’hôtel se situe directement devant la plage mais déplacez vous vers la droite pour avoir une grande plage large et sans algues. N’oubliez pas vous bodyboard plaisir assuré !

Like; across the road from beach. Our room was modern nice smaller refrigerator, large smart TV, etc. Didn’t like : Our room was on third floor no elevator, our room didn’t have a balcony. If you want or need these check to see if there’s a first floor room and balcony room.

Very clean and modernized. Free parking. Outdoor space for guests both on the decks and the grounds. Peaceful location, but there are no amenities in walking distance sadly the restaurants and surf shop next door burned down :( Really nice staff, has a family friendly vibe. Good value for the area especially during peak season. We will likely be back, but book a room with full kitchen so we can have some meals without having to drive 3-5 miles away.

Very nice place to stay.
It’s a real nice place and very clean. The pool is amazing and was a lot of fun for the kids. The only issue I had is the pull out sofa had no sheets or blankets and the AC did not cool down the room when it was hot. So close to the North beach. A great place for early morning walks.

Amazing place!! Incredibly friendly staff!! Helpful!! Checked in early to rejuvenate before a night of dancing at the casino ballroom. Super clean room and facilities easy onsite parking. View from third floor balcony and bed is amazing!! Pool looked clean and refreshing but we didn’t use it. Maybe next time

First of all… customer service was excellent! Super helpful, check in was super easy. Room was beautiful, clean and with everything that you could think you could need. I reserved a hotel room via expedia and was charged right away. But when we went there, nobody was around to check us in. No one picked up the phone. No one replied to messages (after 6 days now, still no reply). We end up staying somewhere else! I guess this hotel just does not work with online reservations? The system needs to be fixed. And we still have not received a refund or explanation after 6 days!
