Please note: There is limited parking. You may park on the left hand side of the driveway of the home behind this one (more details and address given after booking). The right side of the driveway is reserved for the other home. There is a small gravel area next to this home that can fit a small vehicle as well.

-Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 30+ day rentals-please inquire for more details.

Little house by the beach
This was a cute little getaway by the beach. Even tho it was December when we went, it was nice to walk down to the beach for the sunrise. The home is tiny but very comfortable. The house was very clean, and beds were comfortable. We did need an iron and blender and they had someone deliver one that day! They are quick to respond and very helpful.

Cottage stay
Our favorite thing about this location was its proximity to the beach, which was amazing. It is small, but has most necessities. We had some trouble with all the remotes for light/fan, AC, and TV in connection with the wall switches, and did not get all those figured out until about the third day of our stay. When entering the first time, I turned on the switches by the door, but no light in the unit came on. The directions for parking were unclear - more information about the alley access would have helped. Communication through the website was a little slow, but once we got a texting/cell number it was better.
