Alex and Stephanie are always very accommodating and super nice. Always have a great time when we're here in return every year because of it. Hotel is comfortable. Nice, clean, updated and worth the money.

Fun little gem of a spot super close to the beach. We were in a room above the pool, which did have a strong chlorine odor. We just opened the doors for a bit and sired it out. Thank you for a good stay.

Staff allowed me an early check-in, which was nice. The room was clean, quiet. The hotel is centrally located, about a five minute walk to the beach. The one issue I had was checking out. At 8:15 on a Sunday morning there was no staff on site, with no visible place to leave the keys. I ended up leaving mine in the room. There were two other people with the same questions on the checking out issue.

Perfect place to stay
This was the perfect place for me to stay. It was an off-season stay for a visit to UNH for the weekend to visit my son. Not too far away and clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop and the beach. Newly renovated and they did a great job.

I booked premier queen room but the room is much smaller than the pictures. It's like 150 sqft max I would say. It is not clean either as there are two spiders webs in the room. It is also very expensive.
