Very well located on the main train station square but my room overlooking the square was quiet. Friendly staff and food at restaurant was good

Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja osaava, ravintolan/aamupalan valikoima runsas ja maistuva. Huone junior suite siisti ja hotellin sijainti täydellinen, kaikki palvelut vieressä. Hotellin ulkoterassi houkutteli ystävämme muista hoteilleista viihtymään täällä.

Das Zimmer hatte Teppich, was für mich nicht Sauberkeit bedeutet Man sollte auf Parkettboden umsteigen Die Lage war sehr gut Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend See Zimmerservice sehr gut und sauber, ordentlich Frühstück gut und ausreichend

Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt! An der Bar sind wir 2x 10 min lang nicht bedient worden. Schade! Parktickets im Hotel bezahlt die dann trotzdem nicht funktionierten und wir eine Verlustkarte für 12 Euro noch zusätzlich kaufen durften.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und man kommt mit Tram, Buß und Bahn überall hin. Das Badezimmer war modern und sauber. Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer, was groß genug war für drei Personen. In der Nacht war es etwas kalt und man konnte beim Concierge zusätzliche Decken bekommen. Die Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache. Das Frühstück ist ein Genuss. Es gibt so ziemlich alles, was man sich wünscht. Ob Moslem, Vegetarier, für jeden gibt es etwas. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Concierge hat nachts um zwei noch eine Pizza aufgetrieben, da wir noch Hunger hatten. Im hauseigenen Restaurant sollte man mal gegessen haben, das die Küche sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich ist. Für Raucher gibt es eine Raucherlounge. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder buchen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind.
