seems to be called hotel DIBA not sure if that is the same as Ciao. Very close to main road as well tram lines. Room was quiet enough still however. Fridge in the room was a nice touch. TV very small and could do with an upgrade but overall nice enough stay.

Leider nicht gesehen, daß man vorher anrufen muss, wann man ankommt. Fast drei Stunden vor der Tür gesessen. Kein Frühstück trotz incl., Zimmer hellhörig, aber okay. Leider kein Snackautomat oder wenigstens einen Wasserkocher vorhanden. Buchung war auch nicht auffindbar, musste nachweisen, daß ich gebucht und bezahlt habe. Kann man zur Not für ein paar Nächte machen, empfehle ich aber nicht.

- Hotel hatten anderen Namen - Check in Informationen komplett falsch - Zimmer wurde nachdem es bezogen wurde, an Walk-in Gast vergeben, also Doppelbelegung - wir mussten es am Ende sogar räumen - Türschlösser sind Wohnungszimmerschlüssel - Buchungszettel liegen frei einsehbar für jeden auf dem Tresen - Sauberkeit gab es nicht Alles in allem, das Hotel zu nennen, ist eine Frechheit, das war eine Absteige Eigentlich sollte man dafür 0 Sterne vergeben müssen

Vi ankom kl 22 (check in lukker 00), og hoveddøren var låst. Der kom en mand og åbnede efter meget banken og lukkede os ind men vidste ikke vi havde reserveret noget. Værelset okay i forhold til hvad med betaler. Da vi skulle checke ud dagen efter, var det ingen vært eller personale i nærheden. Vi bankede på døre men ingen kom. Vi endte med at køre og efterlade nøglen i en box. Mega dårlig service. Derudover kan man høre ALT fra dem der bor ved siden af. Ingen lyd isolering
