nice hotel - staff not helpful

Pros: Good size quiet room. Great breakfast.
Cons: Staff at front desk not helpful.
Location: was there on business so wasn't able to look around but did notice Football stadium next to the hotel and the lake is beautiful.
Very comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Staff at front desk were unhelpful when I had to cancel a room because a colleague was ill and had to return to London.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Maschsee und kann mit einer tollen Aussicht aus der 5. Etage Punkten. Service ist sehr freundlich und versucht alles um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Hotel is quite near the center and beside a beutiful lake. Walking distance to the old town. Excellent oppertunities for jogging! My room had a beutiful lake view! Breakfast room was big and had also a beutiful lake wiew. Breakfast was excellent!

Laatupoikkeamaa?

Aikaisempi vierailu täällä oli loistava, tällä kertaa pieniä vaivaavia asioita oli enemmän. Aamupalalla kahvia jouduttiin pyytämään useampaan kertaan eikä sitä loppujen lopuksi seurueen toiseen pöytään saatu laisinkaan. Henkilökunta asialle vaan kohautteli olkapäitään kun asiasta mainittiin. Lisäksi hotellissa tapahtui aamuyöllä hälytys ja koko hotelli tyhjennettiin kadulle. Tilanteesta ei tiedotettu vieraita millään tavalla eikä asiasta annettu yöllä selitystä vaan vieraat pyydettiin palaamaan huoneisiinsa poliisi-ja paloautojen edelleen ollessa pihalla.

Schön gelegen am Maschsee.

Pros: Schönes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück, ausser bei den Fruchtsäften - die waren irgendwie komisch (künstlicher Geschmack).
Cons: Fruchtsäfte - siehe oben
Lakeview war nur knapp gewährleistet. Sonst sehr gut, beispielsweise die günstige Miete von Fahrrädern.

Hyvä sijainti ja mukavat huoneet. Palvelu ravintolassa ei oikein toiminut.

Verlängertes Wochenende

Gut gelegenes Hotel direkt neben dem Maschsee und dem Fussballstadion. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss problemlos erreichbar. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
