Customer Service could be more friendly. Cleaner opened my room on day 2 without knocking. On realising I was in bed, they shut the door and went off without an apology. On waking up five hours later to walk into the city, I realised the door was actually open; it had not even been properly shut by the cleaner when they walked off.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom in my room was small but well appointed. The room was fine for me, as I was travelling alone. 2 people might have found it slightly cramped.

I would consider this a three star hotel. Clean and functual. The room is way too small for two people and the location is a little out of the way. Breakfast was well prepared, however it was average.

Personal unprofessionel. Seit Wochen waete das ch auf meine Rechnung (per Email) trotz dreifacher Bitte. Umgebung vom Hotel wenig vertrauenserweckend. Für Frauen die alleine unterwegs sind nicht toll. Frühstück gerade ausreichend.
