Great location as very close to tourist attractions. Interconnecting room was fine as long as you like a little traffic noise. Overall clean and comfortable.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is great if you want to visit the old square. There is also a big terrace on the 5th floor (for family room). All in all a good experience. The curtains could be better to prevent the light from the outside floor to the room during the night. Will visit again if possible.

Wonderful location, staff was friendly and the rooms are nice. Overall a very pleasant stay, the only negative experience was the disgusting liquid they tried to call coffee. If staying there just go to any of the nearby cafes for a good cup of coffee.

Comfortable hotel and helpful staff
The staff here go out of their way to make your stay memorable book taxis get tickets etc.. Beds comfortable and really central. I would actually come back if was back in the area.

Great location and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They could not fulfill our original booking requirements but more than made up for this. One note is that the family room (which is great by the way) includes a double bed and a single in the main room plus a separate single bedroom area something that was not 100% clear from the website so we booked 2 family rooms when we only needed one!

Decent night to explore Hanoi
Booked the single bed room, perfect for someone travelling alone. Not too big but good for me. Cleanliness is good except the toileteries can tell that it isnt being used for very long. The soap clayed up abit. Overall very comfortable stay, not to mention how close it is to all the fun activities and fun spots!

Ants, ants, ants, ants. I lived in Hanoi for a year, so I know about pest control issues and a different standard of cleaning, but the room was infested with ants. I was only staying briefly and was relieved to head out. The staff was very polite, but that didn't stop the ants any.

Great stay at the hotel. Incredible service and attention to detail. Extremely helpful with all our questions. Breakfast was good. The only issue was the room setup for 4 people: three in one room and one individual in the living room.

Great place to stay. Clean, warm staff who upgraded us for our honeymoon and decorated the room with balloons and flowers. Only complaint was loud noises from the street, we slept with white noise on. And the room lighting wasn't the best. But overall a great place to stay in the heart of the old quarter!
