The service was excellent, the property was old and the bathrooms a bit grungy, plumbing issues, the restaurant and free breakfast were actually in another hotel a block and a half away. The property looked nothing like the pictures on travel sites, and the reviews, in hindsight, look faked. We would never stay there again. The only saving grace was that the staff was excellent.

Everything was perfect, the room condition was great, the bed was spacious and fluffy, so I was able to sleep comfortably, and all the staff were so kind, and I was so happy that I picked up the comforts of home. I couldn't eat breakfast because of departure, so I was impressed by Anna staff who worried about me and prepared a packed lunch. Hang, Mia staff Thank you and thank you.
