Dear Sir/Madam, First of all, thank you so much for choosing our hotel for your vacation and leave the lovely evaluation about our hotel. I am very happy to see that you felt comfortable and satisfy during the time you stay there. Such your feedback will deinitely motivate all the staff even more to keep up their good work and efforts to improve an outstanding customer service. I know that our hotel just finish renovation, may be still have some problems but we will try our best to complete and bring the customer the best facilities and services in the near future.
Imperial Hotel & Spa offers its guests a full-service spa. Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A free manager's reception is offered daily. A computer station is on site, and both WiFi and wired Internet are free in public spaces.
