Great little gem
Great place & location (down a quieter street, away from the craziness). Beds were comfortable, best towels ever. Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast and views.

The interior design is magnificent, the dining area in level 12 is well down designed and the food was up to standard. The rooftop bar is beautiful I'd only suggest to allocate more lighting (like fairy lights) to make it more bright and cute, and then music to be expand to the other areas of the rooftop, not only in the bar. The bartenders, the front desk and dinigng team were fabulous. I will definitely stay back here in my next trip to Hanoi

I would highly recommend this hotel. We usually stay in Hanoi at 5 star hotels that are 3rd the price. My new favorite hotel in Hanoi, I will definitely be staying here again. Everything was over the top!

Hanoi is already a very cost-effective city for the foreign traveller, so there are a lot of quite good hotels at very reasonable prices, but this hotel is my favourite, so far. Without quite stretching to a decadent colonial-era five-star, Kecho Legacy comes close in its quite way. It's off any of the main streets in a quaint alley surrounded by delicious street-food aromas. The interior is the most impressive, and feels like museum or gallery of beautiful objects and artworks of Vietnam. The decor of the rooms also reflects this, with very beautiful design detail. Like many such hotels, there is a sky-bar on the roof, but this one is nicer than most, with a cozy size, and glass-floored ramps, little extra platforms for a very private individual table or two, and more. The staff seamlessly attended to requests for transfers and other needs. I'll choose this hotel again, when I next return to this wonderful city.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Based right in the thick of it in Hanoi but still a quiet escape from the city. The new rooftop bar has just opened too which has incredible views!

좀 지저분하다는 후기를 보고 걱정했는데, 친절한 응대로 좋은 기분으로 시작했어요. 주말에 차없는거리 때문에 그랩 픽업 장소를 고민했더니 오토바이로 태워주셔서 너무 감사했어요. 호수까지 가까워서 어침 산책하기에도 좋았어요. 덕분에 하노이 여행 잘 마무리하고 다낭으로 왔어요. 조식 또한 훌륭했구요. 다시 한 번 더 감사의 마음을 후기로 대신합니다.

旧市街の中で「こんな路地ホテルあるの？」といった立地ですがとても便利な場所です。逆に大通りから入った場所にあるため思っていたより静か。（Grabタクシーを呼ぶ場合は大通りに出ないといけないがそもそも夕方の混雑時はその近辺の大通りにはGrabタクシーは来てくれない） ホテル自体が悪いわけではないがシャワーの排水が悪い…いや排水自体は悪くない。排水溝の網の部分が二重になっているため表面上は全くきれいなのだが、その下の部分が掃除されていなくため水が流れにくい。掃除自体はきちんとされていたんですけどね。

The staff there are very nice. However, the design is a bit creepy for Asian people especially those with Chinese cultural background. There is a spirit tablet (神主牌）in the lobby. They also used joss paper like lamps inside the room.
