BEST HOTEL IN HANOI
Best Hotel in Hanoi . We loved everything about it. Location, room , comfort , service , breakfast , restaurant , roof top bar .The staff are super nice & helpful with everything . Top notch service at all times from staff here. Very attentive at all times. The location is great and very walkable. The breakfast had a ton of delicious options. The rooftop bar is great for drinks at sunset. The spa is very clean and peaceful. Will stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

Stylish hotel with brilliant staff
This hotel is very stylish and in the perfect location (by a temple/ by the lake/near bars and restaurant/ a walking distance to the Cathedral/ the President residence and the temple of litterarure). All staff including Jennie our main host couldn't be any more attentive and helpful. Our bedroom was amazing even though we didn't have any view. The skybar is in itself worth a visit and a drink at night. We thoroughly recommend this place.

This was a WONDERFUL stay. The welcome was incredible, I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. The room was beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful, very clean. The staff particularly helped me with my visa (I had been in Japan and they helped expedite it). Communication with the hotel was excellent ahead of my trip to do this—they also helped to arrange a car to the airport. This was an excellent hotel, location on the lake is great, nice rooftop bar, very nice rooms with AC that works exactly how I like it to (get the room nice and cold) - I can’t say enough nice things and would 100% book here again. Amazing value for the money but please don’t change a thing!

This is high end luxurious hotel. The food at their restaurant and drinks at their rooftop bar are very expensive. We ended up eating street food instead of dining at their restaurant.
