Beautiful, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, clean, modern, fully kitted home away from home. New appliances. Washer/Dryer onsite. Beautiful granite island with chairs; and kitchen design. Large living room and separate sitting area. Nice side office (if you have to work). Internet. 2 TVs. 1 master bedroom with private full bathroom (tub and shower) on main floor; 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms (showers). Short hop to the beach and shopping areas and some of the beautiful trails and state parks. Backroads to movie theater; and Route 1 is literally 10 minutes away. Large yard and porch. Storage shed at the end of the yard with bicycles. Clean, comfortable, quiet! Every bedroom and living room have Roku TV. The house has internet service.

Great house and location
Went to Delaware for a baseball tournament and needed a house for a large group, extended family vacation. Had extra people according to the house listing and the owner let us bring the extras for a small charge. Great location….within 10/15 minutes, you could be at a beach, restaurant or store. Owner was great and answered messages/questions in a timely manner. Would stay again 100%!!!

Overall the stay was great. There were a few things that could have been better. The house and the amenities were great. They just need to check drawers for items the last guest left behind. Would rent again.

good stay overall
A couple of problems initially occurred when we found we had a lodger a week before our stay. The lodgers were also quite loud on Saturday. The ac in the day didn't work and it was nearly 82 degrees on Friday mid-day. There were also quite a few bugs initially but overall the house and property were beautiful. The beds were nice and there were many TVs. It was quite a distance from the beach but it was not too bad at all.
