Good location
The heat in the room was too high, but it helped when we opened the window for a while. Staff were polite, Check in was fast. Breakfast was decent, mostly Chinese dishes, but there were wieners and little cakes.

A pretty good location, just a few blocks away from many of the tourist attractions near the riverfront. For those who don't mind a bit of walking each way, definitely a lower cost alternative than staying much closer to the waterfront.

Good location and restaurant but poor service
The hotel looks quite new and its staff's service still needs a lot more work. First of all, if you are a foreigner and are intending to pay your room charges with your foreign-issued credit card, do NOT stay here as their card machine cannot accept foreign cards. So you would need to pay by cash. Secondly, if you need a taxi please do not count on the hotel staff to help you as they told us that they could not call a taxi for us and that we had to stand outside and try to flag one down ourselves when all the other hotels where we had stayed on this trip had assisted us with taxi service. Sometimes the staff at other hotels would go even out of their way to use their own personal phone to call a taxi for us. We didn't expect this "non-service" so we were standing on the street for quite some time before we finally got one and almost missed our high speed train. There was no closet or anywhere to hang your clothes in the room, so the room was the worst that we had on this one-week trip in China. The only positive thing about this hotel is its restaurant for the quality of its food and the cleanliness of its utensils since the chopsticks were sterilized. I liked its breakfast and decided to go back for lunch after our meetings and before we headed to the high speed station.

ロシア聖堂のある広場に近くハルビン駅にもちょっと距離はあるが歩けなくはない距離
ホテルのスタッフはみんな誠実で新設。日本語はできないがかたことの中国と英語で相手になんとか通じるのでよかった。毎日、部屋の掃除をしてくれるので清潔。無料の朝食のボリュームもすごかったし、中国東北ならではの料理が満載だったのでよかった。

還算不錯,清潔的不行
位置是不錯的，前臺服務員禮貌一般，經理倒是不錯，有事會站出來看看啥事。但衛生人員的衛生意識非常低，就是有一天廁所塞了，剛好她在外面叫她幫我們通一下，水都差不多要倒灌出來，還不停按沖水，結果水當然整地都是，廁所也沒通成，她是用廁所刷通的，注意她是2隻手一齊放進那水裡面，沒手套，真的白眼。結果叫工程部拿通渠的來，一下就好了嘛，然後她收拾用上地上的地巾，這也沒事，但她先是擦地，再用來擦廁板，救命！地上的水剛從馬桶出來好不好？就算沒水也不應該用地布去擦吧！ 還有一天早上，我按了請勿打擾的，我正在房裡睡覺，聽到敲門聲還以為是敲隔壁呢，原來是我的門，進來看到我睡著也沒不好意思，還說以為我出去，然後再問我是不是等一下再來，啥根啥阿？有病嘛？沒看到在睡啊？ 清潔人員意識真的很低。

部屋番号を勘違いして、再度フロントへ降りて確認した際、わざわざ一緒に部屋まで来てくれた。 もちろん荷物も持ってくれた。昔は中国ではすぐ「没有」と言われてサービスとは無縁だった。そういう面では良いホテルと思った。

中央大街からもわりと近いし、ホテルのスタッフの対応も良かった。ただクローゼットが大きくない部屋だったので、寒い時期の旅行だったので、少々困った。

フロント・スタッフは大変親切で中国語ができない私の不充分な筆談に応じてくれタクシーを手配して貰った 朝食のビュッフェは料理の温かさが不十分で改善が望ましい 総合的にはまたハルビンに来ることがあったら是非利用したいホテルである

대체로 가격대비 양호한 편이다.
호텔은 청결하였고, 음식은 그냥 먹을 만 한 수준으로 조금 짰다. 오래 먹으니까 좀 질렸다. 나머지는 모두 괜찮았으나 냉장고가 없고, 금고가 없고, 방은 약간 좁은편이다.

こんなもんでしょう！
まだ新しいホテルの様で設備がキレイです。何よりもロケーションが非常に良い、中央大街も徒歩圏内、聖ソフィィア教会はほんのすぐ近く。街歩きにはGoodでした。減点ポイントはチェックインの際にカードでデポジットを払おうとしたのですが、JCB不好（中国の場合良く有る）次VISA不好なぜ？？？次MASTER不好なぜなぜ？？ならば何が使えるのか？結局現金（人民元）、ジモピーだけのホテルなの？。部屋に入り金庫を探すが没有？ 私に部屋はビジネスだからなの？。朝食では品数もまあまあ有り良いかと思えばコーーヒーが無い、中国で朝食時にコーヒーの無いホテルは初めて泊まりました。総合的には部屋がキレイだったので良しとしましょう。

朝食は大したことないが、レストランの夕食の中華の味は上品で、日本人好みの味でとても美味しい。ここのコックの腕は大したものです。一流ホテルか一流レストランに紹介したい❗
