It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel. A friendly welcome when we arrived And the room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable And have to say that the bathroom was outstanding. And will be staying there again soon.

Its good for a short stay.
There is renovation work being done. This means their car park is closed. There is a public car park next door, but its a bit of a hassle parking on the street to check in and then having to move your car afterwards. There were no signs saying when the car park will re-open and I only knew it was closed when I arrived - no prior notice was given.

After a 6 hr drive the car park wasn’t available. Had to park in a nearby multi story car park. It was dark and wet and the walk did not feel safe. Room grubby and needed refurbishing. Food very average, unimaginative and poor quality

We stayed at the Harlow holiday in express. The room was perfect, the breakfast was great for free. We had a walk through the town and trip to the Wetherspoon pub and even saw what looked like a recent Banksy near it.
