Come and enjoy the peace this 1.6Acre waterfront house provides, you can see the ducks swimming in the bay, see the goose walking across the lawn, see a fox pass by at the back, see turtle crossing the path, deer feeding in the lawn, and of course fish jumping off the water, sea gulls, eagles on the sky, butterflies flying by your elbow.

Step your toes in the water, feel the salty air, watch beautiful sun rise on the deck with a cup of fresh brewed coffee. This is The Harpswell House for peace & love!

Please know that we are offering two individual houses, the Main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bath, and there is a guest house that has 2 bedrooms but no bathroom, which makes it a total 5 bedrooms. The guest house is for more sleeping arranges and hang out/dinning space, we have a 12F table and 8F table, great for a large family gather or a fun game room.

Both house are heated/AC, the main house is built in 2004, it is a new house built like old. We renovated the interior 2024 fall, everything is brand new inside, and we make it feel a little modern, luxury and yet very classic. The guest house is truly antique itself, it was built 1795, it is one of the oldest house in Harpswell that is still maintained, it has the charm that new houses don't have. Take a look at the floor in the living room, the patten is carefully designed, it's a piece of art itself.

During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Casco Bay. An arcade/games room is available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.
