The hotel itself was fine, however the fridge froze all our food solid, destroying several hours of work and requiring the expense of replacing the food. Hotel should check the functionally of the fridges.

Room was very nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Breakfast was okay, and saved us from stopping on the road. The lobby smelled musty, but the attendant was nice. Definitely worth the price, and great for a quick stopover.

Crushes the fundamentals
This is a no-frills hotel that nails all the important stuff. Beds are clean and nice, bathrooms are well maintained; water pressure is good. Staff is friendly and accommodating - this was our second stay at this hotel this year. We will look for them again!

Poor internet service
Everything was good at the Baymont except the internet was horrible. You either couid not connect or it was so slow it was impossible to do anything or it kicked you off. Several people were sitting in the breakfast room during the day trying to get service. Other than that is was clean, friendly service people and a great location for us.

The property didn’t seem like a good area. There was barely 5 rooms filled when we were there. The person wasn’t at the desk most of the time. The doors to the outside didn’t lock and were accessible to anyone!

A little no-so-pleasant issue.
Have already discussed with hotel that the toilet waa gross. They explained that room hadn't been occupied in a bit and mildew had grown in the toilet. Said they would take care of it before room was occupied again. They responded to my message promptly. There is also a small amount of damage in the tile next to the assessible shower. We have stayed at this property several times, just never in that room have always found it to be clean, quiet, convenient to the highway, and many area choices for dining.
