This is a great hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi and the fire place was a nice touch.

Check in staff needs to work on customer service skills. He basically hinted at the fact he thought my drivers license was fake, because I had an enhanced license. Crazy! I called ahead of stay to alert hotel we had a dog coming with us. The lady stated she was adding that information to our reservation. After getting the room key and starting to carry everything in and having our dog with us. The front desk guy chased us down the hall and yelled that we have a pit bull. Our dog is a staffy not a pitbull. I proceeded to tell him I already alerted the hotel we had a dog. I had to go back up and fill out form, because he did not check for any notes on reservation. Food was great and great selection. Pool and hot tub were clean and my kids loved that after a long day on the road. Our room was not clean though, the sheets had not been clean and there was dirt all over both beds. Thank god I packed a lint rolller. THE PILLOWS ARE FEATHER. If you have any feather allergies as my husband does do not expect to get a different pillow. He went to front desk and was told the other pillows are gone. He ended up asking for an extra blanket which he had to use as a pillow. Not fun! The floors were also dirty and had not been mopped the bottom of my feet were black from walking from bathroom to the bed. One of the worst hotels we have had!

This is our third time at this property, we have always liked the location but things seemed to have changed this stay and it was for the positive, rooms seemed cleaner and breakfast options and dining area were much nicer. Dining room attendant was very friendly, helpful and very efficient at his job.
