Quality has been going down over the years
There was a charge for parking when the listing said parking was free. The floor in the room was an old filthy carpet. The chair had such a big stain to the point that I was afraid to use it, for anything. The TV was wobbly and unstable. The breakfast was lacking. Not even bread for toast or bagels. Just waffles, 2 cereals, small yogurts, coffee and only apple juice.
The property has bed bugs and roaches I took a picture of the bed bug took it to the night shift women worker who NEVER even documented the issues when she switched my room. However around 4p I noticed the same room had been cleaned and not exterminated and the GM told me it’s the hotel policy to still cl a the room and dress the bed. Not to mention the house keepers are stealing items from your room and the GM once again makes excuses saying that the items were thrown away with 10hrs. Please save yourself time and spend a little more money to stay in better environments because the staff is limited and are in trained. The new room I was giving also had dirty linen on the bed and foot prints of feces from a small animal on both comforters.
When we got into the room nothing was f***** up including the refrigerator so we had to wait for that to get cool the beds are completely worn out the mattresses are lump sided very uncomfortable he curtains Reggie with holes and you can see light during the night coming through the window the staff person at checking in was very rude
Do not stay here. I booked a room and was unable to stay there due to it being dirty when I checked in. The comforters and coverlets were stained and when I politely asked the front desk if I could get a new comforter, they joked that it hadn't been cleaned. I didn't find this funny. They told me that they were all out of clean comforters, and so I politely apologized, and said that I would have to find a new place to stay due to the fact that they wouldn't try to help me out, and clean the room. I did just that and stayed at a SpringHill Suites a couple miles away, and had a lovely night. When Expedia followed up with them, potentially trying to get me compensation for my failed stay, the woman at the front desk acknowledged the situation, acknowledged that the room was unclean, and swiftly told the agent that I would not be getting a refund, nor any compensation. This was a horrible experience, and I'm glad I ended up checking out the same night I was supposed to check in.
It was a great place. Clean and friendly staff, my only issue was the lighting on the outside pf thebuilding. They made it impossible to get the room dark enough to sleep.
Staff was not knowledgeable of ADA law. Dirty and Musky. The microwave burned out and the A/C did not cool properly. No working amenities. Charged extra for parking but there was no security on site. With the extra expense, my family and I could go somewhere cleaner.
The Lobby was the nicest part of the building. Everywhere else is need of repairs. Holes in the walls, paint peeling, numerous scuff marks. Room was pretty small, would have been better with only one bed in it. Black out curtain had a hole in it.
