The property is huge, many things to do and explore. The food was certainly not bland but very tasty with variety each day. The Pools were great. Love the frendly staff expecially Mario the bartenter at the lobby bar, he went outa his way to make sure our needs were fulfilled.

The staff were not professional, on one day they served non paying guests I presume family or friends whilst paying guests did not receive their lunch for over 2 hours - when if finally came it was inedible On another occasion the staff allowed a group of friends to bring in their own music which wa played at a anti social level again totally unprofessional

Was an amazing experience. Staff were super friendly. Food was amazing, and there is always a different variety to accommodate. This resort made our visit to Barbados extraordinary. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Barbados. Will definitely be back!

The best part of my stay was the spa, the service, the amenities etc. As well as Sam Lords fine dining restaurant. The rooms was much bigger than i thought and there were no mosquitoes. We were able to sleep with the windows open every night and hear the waves crashing.I had one issue which was quickly resolved. This is the place to just stay and relax, taxis to other areas are super expensive, the beach can't be used either. The hotel does need to add more days and shuttles to the outside beach. And maybe a reminder to sign up for the shuttles would be helpful.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean. The food was good. The restaurant gives you a variety. It looks like they don’t like to waste food so they offered on the go what is needed. The pools were clean. My favorite one was the top one. It was very quiet, but it had no drink services. The only down of this hotel is that the little beach that we have access to didn’t feel safe to swim in And the hotel is located in a remote area with no access to stores. Make sure you have all what you need.

Don't waste your money not staffed enough dirty only time they cleaned up something was for some wedding coming in. I had a couple of servers that went out of there way but the rest would not even wait on us. Not the right color. only a couple options for dinner places closed when it was only option for dinner. I don't want to go on vacation and the only option is a cafeteria. To many more options to go - pass on this one.

The property is nice and clean. Is a newer resort not even a year old so there are no structural issues observed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds are kid friendly but could have had more activities to do for adults entertainment wise (club/lounge) on site. If looking to hit up the beach this location is not for you. The beach area is more on the rougher side and unable to get in the water as a result. There are several pools onsite however that make up for no access to beach. Can always get a taxi to take you to a beach on the side with more calm waters. Food was good onsite with a variety of options everyday.
