We stayed here because we were going to an event at the convention centre. It was perfect. Parking was really easy and convenient under the hotel and there is a discounted parking rate for guests. Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our only issue was that the shower I. Our room didn't work properly, it was cold no Matt what we did.It was sorted swiftly though. Would definitely stay here again

Standard room has two rather narrow single beds. Window was covered in condensation, which quickly reformed after wiping. Room didn’t smell damp tho. Overall stay ok, but not as good as some other Crown Plazas.
