It is what it is
This facility is what it is. A low cost option across from BDL for early morning flights with a shuttle service. You can also park in their parking lot for $8.00 per day also with shuttle service.

I'm still upset
This was stated as renovated, it is dirty, moldy, cigarette holes in bedding, i left, unsafe, filthy, run down establishment. I cant believe you have this listed on Hotels.com Id appreciate what i paid to be put into a bank for a furture stay at a place i had been in the past.

Very nice room. Great tasting coffee made in room. Small child ran up and down the hall during much of the night-bothersome. Other than that, every thing was excellent. I was kind of blown away how nice the room was. Check-in clerk and airport driver were very upbeat.

The staff very welcoming, but the rooms need to be cleaned better. Under the bed had crusty socks and old food. In the other room my buddies son found a condom (unused) in the draw and a rag. The light in my room didn't work. Also when we turned the the air on started smelling something burning. We checked the filters and they were coated heavily in dust. I brought them outside and cleaned them which solve the issue.

Horrible experience
Massive holes in the carpet, broken side entrance door. Shady characters roaming the halls, the smell of weed everywhere, tv didn’t work, and very dirty. Would never in a million years stay here again. I’d rather be homeless.

The property was right by the airport which you hear the planes come in and out. This hotel would be good if you were taking a plane. Wish there would have been more areas to eat. The place was an average hotel good for the night that we spent there. Not much to do around that area though. They do give breakfast which is a plus.

Room was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, furniture was beat up, light fixture was missing, water leaking on the bathroom floor when i hadn't even been in there yet. Morning person was asleep at the front desk.

I only stayed a few hours to catch the first plane in the morning. The staff was very nice. The room was dirty and the towels were stained and worn out. The sink was clogged. The proximity to the airport and the shuttle service were very convenient.
