Fast check in and check out. Property is clean, rooms cleans and comfortable. Nice size bathrooms. Close to NYC, very close to the highway. I will definitely stay here again

I asked for some hot water had my own cup and everything the woman who worked last night around 7pm said no, i looked over in the little kitchen area there was a microwave i only asked for hot water for tea. She laughed thought it was funny i said thank you and we back to my room. This is how you treat customers i will NEVER return to your establishment. She didn't know if i had a baby and was making formula, at least try and be accommodating.

I didnt like that we paid 22.00 per day for a breakfast that should have been free. I was not worth the amount that was paid. I dont like that the guy didnt say that it was 25.00 to check in early. The hotel was ok but the customer services was not..

First I would like to thank the front desk staff for being helpful and allowing us to check In early and check out late and when our room was not clean they had them to clean it the next day.. I would also like to thank Kay for all her help and assistance…. She was very helpful friendly and courtesy!! However the things I did not like and experience and or I think you guys need to add or upgrade.. 1. Need Microwave in the rooms 2. Rooms need to be clean Daily One day some one came in did not make bed but pull trash took a few towels and basically the room was half clean… 3. Need shuttle service from Airport 4. TV need apps and steaming to watch movies because Tv station doesn’t have station worth watching plus on the Menu channel it say for each channel no information so we didn’t know what movies were coming on times or nothing.. Other then that we were comfortable and had a good 4 night stay…

I didn’t like there is no water in the room for the coffee machine. When I asked for more coffee for the coffee machine, I was told we don’t have room service. Also, bathroom was not as clean as I’d expect from a Hilton.

Hotel room was not cleaned, found a sock in the bathroom, there was hair around the shower head. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty. When we told the front desk about it there answer was just to drop off sheets instead of changing out the sheets.
