The staff was very kind and helpful. Being facility itself was relatively clean. There were a few things that appeared to be a little dated but nothing major. The issue I had was that the first room that I was in my refrigerator was not working and the telephone to contact the front desk did not have a cord attached. The staff quickly moved me to another room where these items were available. Unfortunately, in this room many of the outlets and USB plugs we're not working. This wasn't a major deal breaker but it was a little inconvenient.

Everything was excellent, from checking in with Lou at the front desk, I think that's his name to breakfast with the middle age gentleman whose name I can't remember. It was an awesome stay and would be back if we do return to New Jersey.

Great room and hotel close enough to MetLife
Front desk service could have been more pleasant for the person in front of me and also when it was my turn. The ladies weren’t very sympathetic to the man who was having issues with his hotel key. They eventually made him two new keys as well as gave him the original one back. When it was my turn, the one lady kept talking to the other lady after saying she could help me, making me wait until she was done instructing her coworker on something job related. She could have said excuse me for a minute or taken me and then told the coworker what to do after she was done with me. Just a little unprofessional. Neither seemed to care about service or pleasantries. The rest of the stay was great. We only needed a place to sleep after an event at MetLife that lasted till midnight. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant when we came in after midnight and I asked about checkout time. The room was clean, cozy, near the elevator and the right temperature. Would stay there again if we go to anothee MetLife event.
