The bright and roomy family flat is located on the first floor of a two-family house. It is set in a very quiet and calm location, in the attractive natural surroundings of Hattingen-Blankenstein.
The balcony offers beautiful views of the surrounding gardens and hills. A particular highlight is the view of the Kemnader Lake. Hattingen city centre is only a few minutes from the A43 motorway. This allows quick and easy access to big cities like Essen, Wochum, and Wuppertal.

The flat has an authentic wooden floor, as well as high quality marble flooring. It has been lovingly furnished. The living room consists of a living and dining area with Sat-TV. You can access to the balcony from here and an awning can be put up on request. The separate kitchen is fitted and includes an electric range, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine, The bedroom is equipped with a 2 x 100 x 200 cm double bed. The second bedroom has a 120 x 200 cm electric adjustable bed and you can ask for another single bed.
A shower / bath tub, as well as a guest WC are also part of the flat.

Wunderschön!
Die Ferienwohnung hält alles was sie verspricht. Sie ist groß, sauber und wunderbar ausgestattet. Den Vermietern gehört ein großes Lob! Als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen im Ruhrpott ideal (mit dem Auto - Öffis haben wir nicht ausprobiert).

Alleen maar lof!
Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze prachtige woning. Het ligt op een mooie plek en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. De faciliteiten zijn heel heel goed, evenals de uitrusting. De communicatie met de eigenaars verloopt zeer vlot en correct. Wij komen heel graag weer.

Die Ferienwohnung ist top, wir schließen uns den allgemeinen sehr postiven Bewertungen an. Ein Manko war unsere Buchung über Fewo-direkt: wenn es Änderungen gibt (in unserem Fall 4 Personen gebucht, 2 konnten krankheitsbedingt nicht anreisen) gibt es keine Klärungs-/Kontaktmöglichkeiten mit dem Portal und damit auch keine Änderungs-, Anpassungsmöglichkeiten seitens Fewo-direkt! Dringende Empfehlung also: Direktbuchung beim Vermieter!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Lage für Ausflüge
Wir waren eine Woche zu Besuch in Hattingen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat einen richtig schönen Ausblick und liegt sehr zentral, um Ausflüge nach z.B. Dortmund, Bichum oder Wuppertal zu machen. Vielen Dank für einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub.

Wir sind wirklich sehr begeistert gewesen Vorallem für die nette Begrüßung und die wunderschöne Wohnung, in der wir uns alle sehr wohl fühlten. Schönste Aussicht im ganzen Ruhrgebiet
Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr komplett eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einer kleinen Strassenschleife in deren Mitte eine große Wiese mit alten Bäumen es erlaubt, die Kinder beim Ein- und Ausladen allein spielen zu lassen. Auf der Balkonseite erwartet einen dann die Aussicht über das Ruhrtal hinunter bis Kemnade und dem Stausee. Schöner kann man im Ruhrgebiet nicht wohnen!

Einfach genial!
Die Ferienwohnung hat absolut alles, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung in Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bädern und Schlafzimmern ist wirklich perfekt. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und fast wie zuhause. Da wir zu viert in der Wohnung waren, hat uns die Aufteilung mit dem zweiten Schlafzimmer und dem eigenen kleinen Bad mit Waschbecken und WC besonders gefallen. Damit ist die Wohnung auch für eine kleine Gruppe, wie wir es waren, super geeignet. Hervorzuheben ist auch noch der freundliche Kontakt zu den Gastgebern, die nebenan wohnen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Hattingen.

Alles super! Der Wermutstropfen: trotz der tollen Lage hört man den Verkehr der Zubringerstraßen um das Wohnviertel herum deutlich! Das lässt sich aber in den Metropolen kaum vermeiden!

Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gut wenn nicht überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete moderne Wohnung. Einziger (kleiner) Wermutstropfen - der Balkon erscheint auf den Fotos grösser als er wirklich ist. Für 2 Personen ist der Balkon OK, bei mehr Leute wird es verdammt eng.

Schöne Wohnung zum wohlfühlen
Vorab möchten wir uns bedanken, dass Sie Ihre schöne Wohnung auch an Monteure vermietet haben. Unsere Monteure waren im vergangenen Jahr sehr lange auf der Baustelle in Wuppertal, aber diese Wohnung war mit Abstand die beste, so die Aussage unserer Monteure. Schade, dass wir nicht schon früher über dieses Portal gebucht haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Vermieter sehr freundlich und nach einem stressigen Tag auf der Baustelle super zum entspannen. Eigentlich reichen die Worte: es war alles perfekt. Vielen Dank. Die Wohnung ist natürlich auch für private zwecke auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit super Ausstattung
Wir haben hier ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Im Nachhinein schade das wir nicht länger Zeit hatten. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, vor allem in der Küche ist alles das man braucht. Sogar Gewürze, Kaffee, etc. Das ist woanders keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Der Ausblick ist super. Die Wohnung geräumig. Der Vermieter sehr nett. Kurz gesagt, es war ein perfekter Kurz-Trip.
