Located on the 8th-story boasting 3-large bedrooms, 2-bathrooms 2-floors, 3 lanais, and 1,800 square feet of living space, all with breathtaking Ocean & Mountain views on a semi-secluded beach in this Hawaiian style Penthouse condo. This property has a pool, work out room, BBQ area & more! Watch the sunrise in the morning, sunsets in the evening & enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean.
The space
(Please be aware the exterior of the building is currently being prepped
for painting. The construction & renovations hours are 9a-5p M-F it can get noisy during these times. The pool has limited hours, but the ocean is better to swim in anyways. We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this. If you should have any questions about this please feel free to ask Mahalo)

Sea turtles, whales, monk seals & variety of tropical fish are waiting to be seen as you snorkel right out in front on this white sandy beach! Fishing is great here too! Kitchen:
Equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, blinder and rise cooker.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

Guest access
During your stay at my house you will have full access to the entire house. Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect.

– FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –

Regarding extra guests: 10 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 10 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.

Does the unit have AC: No the unit does not have AC however you get a wonderful cool Hawaiian breeze constantly off the water which keeps the place very comfortable especially October-June. Also there are ceiling fans & portable fans in every bedroom.

Pet policy: No pets allowed sorry

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Heater not available

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

Majestic Ocean Panorama 8 offers its guests a fitness centre, barbecue grills, and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
