My stay in Alhabana was very satisfactory. When I arrived at the hotel I was surprised by a free upgrade to a master suite. My requests were met before my arrival, decoration, flowers, fruit, water. The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a balcony, the cleaning was excellent and the bathroom was complete with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious, varied and the cooks were very attentive. They even had the detail of bringing me breakfast to my room on a couple of occasions. The reception staff was always very helpful and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I loved Alhabana so much that I already want to go back.

Very good option to stay in the central area of the city. Varied options of restaurants and souvenir shops. Breakfast included with varied options and very good quality. Clean hotel areas and very attentive staff. We arrived early and not only did they give us a free early check-in but also as a courtesy they gave us a free upgrade

Tuvimos una calida bienvenida, nos atendieron muy bien y ofrecieron información que nos ayudo mucho en el tiempo que estuvimos. El desayuno era super bueno y la habitación siempre la mantuvieron limpia ademas de las intalaciones en buenas condiciones, modernas y con excelentes amenidades. Fueron pocos días pero todo fue increible. Esperamos volver pronto y sin duda al mismo lugar. Recomendado!

We stayed for only a few days, but we enjoyed our stay at this hostel to the fullest. They treated us very well and gave us very good recommendations. Queremos expresar nuestro más sincero agradecimiento al increíble equipo de recepción y a los managers del Hostal Alhabana. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Agradecemos enormemente el early check-in que nos permitieron, lo cual fue un gran alivio después de un largo viaje. Además, el desayuno adelantado fue un detalle muy considerado que nos permitió comenzar nuestro día con energía. Y no podemos olvidar la deliciosa merienda que nos ofrecieron la noche de nuestra salida; fue el toque perfecto para cerrar nuestra estancia con broche de oro. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, con todas las amenities necesarias, y la limpieza era sobresaliente. La propiedad en general está en excelentes condiciones, con instalaciones modernas y bien cuidadas. ¡Su esfuerzo y hospitalidad son realmente apreciados!

Amazing team
It was my first time in Habana, and I can say I had one of the best trip ever. The all Alhabana team was excellent and did amazing job. Rafael, Roxanne, Maria, the guys who prepare the breakfast every morning, the housekeeper, all of them made their best to help having a great time during my stay. I will be back soon.

Dear Hostal Alhabana team, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at your lovely hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and cared for. The hotel amenities are excellent, the cleanliness is impeccable and the building has a classic charm. The bar and patio are ideal places to relax after a day exploring Havana. I especially appreciate the upgrade to the Junior Suite and the late check out. The reception team was exceptional - friendly, helpful and always ready to provide assistance. The first day, I was received very friendly. Even though I had an unconvenient flight time, the guys at the check-in were so kind to allow me to early check-in. The breakfast saved me from a bad hangover and was prepared on request with a lot of love.

Alhabana Outstanding Review
We really enjoyed our stay at the Alhabana and highly recommend it! Alhabana is located in Central Havana. By staying in Central Havana we were able to have an intimate experience on how real Cubans lived. The staff was outstanding! We would like to thank Rafa for all his help, answering questions, arranging an airport transfer and a day trip to Vinales. Alhabana was extremely accommodating and helped us when we were delayed 2 days arriving due to weather. We want to say THANK YOU for a great experience in Cuba!

Un hotel excelente, con una atención magnífica todos los chicos de recepción, limpieza impecable y condiciones maravillosas en esta propiedad de corte colonial. The staff there were prepared to help with anything. I was was unprepared for my trip to Cuba but the staff gave me all the basics on arrival. They explained the exchange situation, had SIM cards for rent, and were able to book tours for me for my stay that would accept CAD.

Magnificent choice: the Alhabana hotel, our flight arrived at 1 am and we arrived at the hotel at approximately 3 am, at that time they received us very attentively, they also assisted us with the transfer from the airport. very cozy atmosphere, areas with spectacular cleanliness, attentive reception staff willing to assist us with everything, very good amenities, abundant and very good quality breakfast. We definitely recommend the Alhabana hotel.

This Hostal was everything we needed for our stay in Havana ! They helped with nearly everything we needed , even before our trip started ! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful ! The highlight was that they offered us a late check out (at 17.00) without extra charges and also they kept our luggages during our excursions in other cities of Cuba! Thanks a lot for everything!
