Location, hosts, size of the apartment and breakfast, all great. Not so keen on the 83 steps (who's counting) to get up to the apartment. Pack a spare loo roll or two (not just for the apartment, easy to be caught short in Cuba).

Sra. Barbara is really sweet. The apartment is huge and in a great location. And it has wifi (which is a big deal in Cuba). It goes in and out at times, but it's much more convenient than having to purchase the Wi-Fi cards. They arranged my transportation to/from the airport. Would stay again!

A fantastic place to stay in Havana
We were met by Juan Carlos and Barbara when we arrived at Casa Dubai and their warm welcome was continued through our stay. Each morning they prepared a very comprehensive breakfast. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. I was sick one day of our stay and Barbara went out of her to go with my son to a pharmacy to make sure he got the right drugs. The apartment is beautifully situated on the edge of old Havana looking over a large park near the capital building. I unreservedly recomend Casa Dubai.

Experience of a life time!
This room was honestly a dream! Really spacious lovely clean kitchen and over all! The view was magnificent from the balcony’s! And we really enjoyed our 2 days stay! Only couple bad pointers.. in the king sized room the loo roll was almost empty but that’s very minour and the were a bit of glass my father stood in on the floor of the double bed room that we don’t know how it got there. WiFi was a bit slow but also not a big issue. Really lovely place would recommend to anyone! Also really friendly houses keeper and chaimber maid!

3 night stay in Havana
The apartment is ideally located, just near the Capitol. Four of us stayed here and we had plenty of room. Lovely little balcony overlooking the park and the Capitol, great for people watching!

82 steps is a lot each way. You need to speak Spanish to talk to the manager. Location is fine and AC is adequate. Very nice owners.

Weekend in Havana
The room was exactly as describe. In the heart of Old Havana close to the capitol. It is in a densely populated area with a lot of people movement. Therefore, it is a little on the noisy side but I call that the sounds of the city. The beds are internationally comfortable; which is code for very firm.(LOL) The amenities were great. Breakfast daily, prepared in the room and spotty internet service is available for 10 CUC/day. You won't need it if you are in the city life. The manager is in apt 410. I give you this information only in the event that your flight is late to arrive and the designated courier is not there for your pick up. The cab ride is 30 CUC no matter who takes you. Make sure upon your return that you know what terminal you fly out from. 5 CUC mistake but it's all an experience. Great room, Great view, Great People.

Perfect location
There’s is a long flight of stairs however it’s totally worth it... the apartment is large, has 2 spacious bedrooms with AC, 2 bathrooms, your own kitchen, dining area, living space and a beautiful balcony and the best VIEW!!!! watching the sunset, sitting outside enjoying cocktails on the balcony watching the vibrant city was unforgettable! It’s location is also very convenient, next door to Hotel Saratoga which is the most expensive Hotel in Havana! There’s plenty of taxis available as soon as u walk out the street... also as it’s clise to the Capitolio is very easy to find your way back during your city strolls. The house is clean and spacious and it made us feel part of the city as well! I would love to stay here again and will recommend this location to all my friends.

La struttura è in posizione centrale, comodissima. E' un po' vecchia ma pulita. Un appunto al proprietario. Ha organizzato lui il transfer da areoporto a casa Dubai, ma il prezzo era stranamente aumentato da quanto pattuito. Inoltre alla fine del soggiorno voleva farci pagare delle "tasse" in più. Abbiamo dovuto discutere.

Zentralere Lage geht kaum noch, wir konnten Alles zu fuß erreichen.. Der Empfang und auch die Abholung vom Flughafen hat bestens geklappt. Die zentrale Lage bedeutet aber auch, dass das Zimmer nach vorne laut ist, aber wer nach Kuba fährt, sollte sich auf Lärm einstellen. Ohropax nicht vergessen. Wir würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Très bon séjour
Appartement spacieux, propre, avec une très belle vue sur le Capitole. 2 chambres avec chacune une salle de bains. Excellente situation dans la vieille Havane. Très bon petit déjeuner que quelqu'un vient préparer dans la cuisine. L'appartement est situé au 4eme étage, en tenir compte parce qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Attention: vérifier le numéro de téléphone qui n'était pas bon sur le site d'expedia, et si la porte de l'immeuble est fermée en bas, on ne peut pas accéder puisqu'il n'y a pas de sonnette.
